Oberstdorf is a hotspot for Nordic skiing. Various competitions take place here every year, including the highlights: the Four Hills Tournament and ski flying. The two venues - the Schattenberg Ski Stadium and the Heini-Klopfer Ski Flying Hill - are open to visitors all year round. Both offer, among other things, an insight into the history of ski jumping and a magnificent view from the ski jump tower.

The cable cars around the Jägersberg take you comfortably up a few metres in altitude. Whether you want to enjoy the view with a delicious piece of cake, take a short tour of the mountain railway area or use the mountain railway as an ascent aid for a longer mountain tour.
Experience, for example, the unique Gottesackerplateau on the Ifen, the picturesque Seealpsee on the Nebelhorn or the family paradise with summer toboggan run, marble adventure and climbing forest on the Söllereck.

A must for all Allgäu holidaymakers. The Breitachklamm gorge is not only the deepest, but also one of the most beautiful rocky gorges in Central Europe. In summer, it is an absolute all-weather programme highlight: If the days are very hot, the temperatures in the gorge are pleasantly cool. If it rains, the natural spectacle is all the more impressive! There are also beautiful hiking routes and refreshment stops around the Breitachklamm gorge, such as Alpe Dornach or Müller's Alpe.

Not only the Söllereckbahn cable car is perfectly positioned for families with its marble adventure, summer toboggan run, climbing forest and exciting adventure hiking trails. There are also great offers at the Alpsee (approx. 20 minutes by car). At the Alpsee Bergwelt there is Germany's longest summer toboggan run, an exciting climbing forest with various levels of difficulty and a large adventure playground. There's sure to be something for all ages!
